Second Tolerance Teach-In to discuss Afghan culture
In the shadow of the recent air attacks on the nation of Afghanistan we =
would like to become educated about the nation and culture we have come =
to demonize. The second program of the Tolerance Teach-In series titled, =
"Teaching Tolerance II: Afghan Culture" will again be a public forum =
aimed to educate and enrich our culturally diverse community. It will =
take place on October 26th from 3 till 5:30 p.m. in room 117 of UMKC's =
University Center.
All members of the Kansas City and UMKC communities who wish to learn
and teach, especially students and faculty, are invited to attend.
The panel will consist of two Afghani students.
PLACE: Rm 117 in the University Center
